hi
I have problem with the filling ,
I have tried uht whipping cream which crusts and hold shape and yummy as filling but the problem when i left it out to check how the cake will look after cutting the layers dont stick to each other , and the cake was like it absorb some of the filling,
Is there anyone here who deal with uht whipping cream my brand was ken presto from spain

Korayk i think the equivelent product is frosting pride
I want to know if thia problem is common between uht whipping cream
