Ive been asked to reproduce something like this wedding cake, can anyone help with the mud, is it cocoa powder and how would i get it to stick like on this cake? thanks in advance for any tips

I'd guess graham cracker crumbs mixed with a bit of dark cocoa powder. You just pat it on the cake before the bc crusts.
