How many roses would these cakes require each based on your experience? Of course, the decision will come down to her budget. I am offering her the option of silk or sugar roses. Her budget it $1200US. She is going with more contemporary cake flavours such as vanilla and white almond.

Also, what sizes are recommended for the cakes. The client has shown preference to the round tiered cake to be a 4 tier instead of a 3 tier cake.

Those look like real, live roses. They are rather big. For the sq cake I'd say at least 6 or 7 dozen and for the round one double that.
