Hi Ladies,
Just wanted to check. I'm baking a Chocolate Mud Cake and plan on filling it with Raspberry Fluffy Mock Cream Frosting .It's got milk, water, sugar melted on low flame, gelatine added in and taken off heat. Then creamed butter and vanilla & colour, pour gelatine mix into it slowly while beating. Now I want to add raspberry jam into it and then fill the cake. I plan on covering the cake with Milk chocolate ganache on a Wednesday and the cake is needed for a Saturday afternoon party.
How long will this keep? Will it be fine or will it spoil?
