Hi guys
I need to do up a 2 tier dinosaur and volcano cake.
the aim was hard icing, the top tier in a dome shape with red gel.
Has anyone seen red gel with hard icing? I have always seen it done with buttercream and I was wondering how it would turn out.
id do a plain green covered bottom tier in green and also have dinosaur figurines to go on it.

kind of... except a bit neater, and ALL in hard icing not buttercream. Its actually for a baptism so I'm not sure if the aim is to make it a bit more gentle (i'd have to ask client), but obviously I need to find a way to keep it neater.
