I need a pound cake recipe I can bake in a 11X15X2 pan. A friend requested this for her superbowl party this weekend, but all pound cake recipes I have used are to be baked in a tubed pan.
Please help! Thanks!

Hi,
You can use the same pound cake recipe for larger cake pans. I just do a double recipe for the size pan I'm going to need. If my recipe calls for 3 eggs, 1 pudding pkg and the reuired amount of oil and water, I just double up on everything with the exception of the EGGS. I use 8 eggs for a double recipe. You need 1 ADDITIONAL EGG for each recipe.
