Hello,

So I have a bride who wants a closed toe shoe on her cake like this:
http://www.bing.com/images/search?q=+glitter+shoe&view=detail&id=7A6E05A4739ACE3D71F0D48FA28F7338B4E66CE1&first=61&FORM=IDFRIR

but I haven't been able to find a tutorial anywhere? is it even possible?

All, I'm seeing everywhere is the shoe made of a chocolate mold? I've never made a chocolate shoe before, how much chocolate will I need? And as for the edible glitter how do go about putting it on the shoe? With piping gel maybe?

S.

Thanks so much in advance!

I googles shoe template and found this: http://www.making-greeting-cards.com/find-card-making-ideas.html

It's for cards but you can probably adapt it for sugar paste. You could also but an inexpensive pair of shoes and deconstruct it.

As for the glitter, you could definitely use disco dust or some other food safe glitter as long as you make it clear not to eat the piece.
