I have been decorating cakes for over a year now. Lately, I have been getting a lot more orders and therefore more feedback.
I have been told that my cakes are heavy and a bit dry.
I was wondering who might be able to help me find the perfect cake recepie that is soft/fluffy and moist yet can withstand the weight of fondant and can be carve.
I am looking for chocolate and vanilla recipe.

Thank you all xoxoxo

Hi,

Check here in the Recipes section for WASC (white almond sour cream cake), which can also be done in chocolate icon_smile.gif I absolutely love using this cake, its very moist yet dense enough for you to carve anything.

It also holds up very well under fondant icon_smile.gif
