I am wondering if you have a pricing index you can share? I have seen a number of threads for Excel spreadsheets, but I can't seem to access any. Please, I would really appreciate it! I am just starting out as a home baker.
I would strongly suggest the cake boss software. It helps you price out your cost per ingredient and gives you an estimate as to how much you should charge. also, calling the bakeries in your area and finding out how much they charge per slice will give you an idea of how the market is in your area. hope this helps!
