So here's a tough one for me... I have a two tier birthday cake to do for tomorrow, so I'm baking today. Please help! It's for a group of 46 kids! Plus adults, but who knows how many adults??? The mom said, "46 kids plus adults", but she didn't know how many adults would be there or how much cake to have. Do I play it safe and have plenty and possibly an extreme amount of extra cake, or what? Expert advice.... what size tiers would you make? Thanks so much for any advice!

Did you charge for this cake? If so, how much? Pricing is generally based on servings.

I'm sorry, but it's absolutely impossible for us to predict how many people will be at this party, if the host herself can't predict. She really doesn't know how many parents will be accompanying each child?
