So i am going to be making my first petit fours soon. I have a few recipes for poured fondant, but i thought i had heard of people using chocolate on them too. Am i right, or crazy (or both...lol). Does anyone have a great foolproof recipe to try out for either. Thanks!

Could you use ganache? I have heard the Wilton recipe is actually decent, but you'd have to add some cocoa to that to make it chocolate obviously.
