how much would you charge for a Mickey's clubhouse cake to feed 30 people? I know it varies by region/city/etc, but I'm just wondering what everyone would charge for it.

Is this a carved cake or can you make it out of regular cake shapes? If you can make it without wasting a bunch of cake in carving, I would charge what you regularly charge per serving (my rate is about $3 a serving for a 4"x2"x1" slice). If you have to carve, I would charge my per-serving price, but based on the size of the cake you have to make to carve it down to the shape you want.
