I need a chocolate cake recipe that is good for stacking tiers. O am doing a topsy turvy cake and my chic cake recipe OS not able to support Amy other tiers, it is too light. The choc cake will ne the bottom tier of a 3 got cake, so if anyone has an awesome recipe I would greatly appreciate the help . Thanks!!!

I use a DH mix and "doctor" it using the WASC method. When doing topsy-turvy, it helps to freeze the cakes before carving. Make sure to place supports in each tier before stacking. I use bubble tea straws.
