Hi i was wandering if someone could tell me how to attach frangipani flowers to the side of a cake? I know how to make the flower. do i attach a hot wire onto the bottom of the flower then stick it into the cake with a bit of royal icing? [/i]
ive attached a photo of what i plan to achieve. but im only making one teir.

I personally wouldnt attach wires to these types of flowers, I would attach them used melted white chocolate, it sets really quickly and holds very well.
