Hello all, I have a request for vanilla cake with strawberry and caramel filling but I don't know how to do so! Please help! Thanks
Check the recipe section, I know therw is a thick caramel sauce for filling that is rated well, and I thought there was a strawberry one, I know there's a raspberry one you should be able to switch the fruit out for. The best way to fill is after you half the cake, to make a dam in buttercream or after whatever you are frosting with, around the outside edge, and then do your filling. Let it rest/ set in the refrigerator for a couple hours.
Personally, I really like the taste and workability of strawberry sleeve filing. For caramel, I highly recommend a can of La Lechera Dulce de Leche milk caramel. Make sure the can says DULCE DE LECHE or you will only be buying La Lechera which is sweetened condensed milk.
