Well, it has butter, whipped egg white, a cooked sugar /water mixture and chocolate. I am assuming it's a meringue...;

Then it can last 3-5 days at room temperature (or longer), for at least 2 weeks in the fridge, and several months in the freezer.

great- thanks! Problem is that my stabilized whipped cream icing won't last that long and will separate and run if I try to freeze it, right?
