You could buy a 6" pan, then your 12", 9", and 6" double-layer cake tiers would serve 100 with sheet cakes for the additional 60 servings.

Hi Gabs. Ask the couple if they would like dessert portions, or only coffee/tea servings. You may not need as much cake as you think.
