I add flavoring all the time to my MMF - I just add a drop or 2 of the LorAnn oils with the little dropper. You can add it to the melted marshmallows or knead it in as you add the PS. My favorite is Cheesecake. Another favorite is butter (tastes more like white chocolate). You can also add citric acid to help bring out citrus flavorings such as lemon, orange or pineapple.

I haven't done sugar cookies decorated in MMF but I've seen some brush it lightly with an apricot glaze.

Thanks a bunch for the info! I have to try cheesecake for sure MMMMM... Should I only use clear flavour? Will it change the colour if I do not use clear? Thank you again!

Depends on the color of the MMF and how much you're flavoring it with - cheesecake is clear. If I do strawberry, I make the MMF pink anyways.
