I have a client who asked for mums on her parents' anniversary cake. There was some situation 50 years ago about not being able to find mums and the bride almost had to use carnations...something like that. The cake should be a basic cake with flowers but.......I don't know how to make mums. Can anyone walk me through this; what tip, do I use a flower nail, technique?
