Can I pipe RI decorations on RBC or only on fondant?

Im not quite sure what RBC is and Im not sure where to find the acronyms on CC. LOL But I can tell you that you can pipe royal icing on fondant. Just fill your piping bag and pipe away, nothing special needs to be done. Good Luck.
