I am going to be selling cupcakes in the markets this summer and truly have no idea how to transport and keep the cupcakes cool & fresh, How do you do this?

I use coolers and ice packs. Our space has electricity so I also have an electric cooler that I use. I use several cupcakes for display purposes and I put those on tiny little ice packs. The sun will be your enemy so try to block out as much sun as you possibly can! Also, I swap out any merchandise that I have on the table with merchandise that I have in the coolers frequently to keep everything fresh. Hope that helps!
