Hey all,

I am going to be makingmy first wedding cake for May next year, however I am struggling with the sizes of tins that I should use to make 100 servings anyone got any good advice on tin sizes?

Thanks, Cathrine

It will depends on how the cake is cut, but start here:

Also who will be cutting the cake? If professionals cut the cake then using the industry standard is OK, even though tons of wedding venues can't cut a wedding cake to save their lives.
If it's a "friends" wedding and one the bridal party or some random waiter is going to cut the cake, you will not get industry standard servings out of the cake.
