Help!! Chocolate Problem

Can anyone tell me how to unseize chocolate melts. I was trying to make dark chocolate melts black by adding coloring to it. For some reason it started to seize up.

Any help would be great need it for tomorrow to dip marshmellows.

You have to make sure the coloring that you are using is oil based and does not contain water. If it does have water it will seize up, like you described. You can try adding some shortening but most likely you will not be able to save it. Remember to use colors specifically for candy.
