I'm interested in this too. I just got a samsung galazy note and its gorgeous tablet / cell functions have been amazing so for. I use 'SBM' (Autodesk Sketchbook mobile) it is a autocad program available on android and iphone/ipad. Here is how I use it. On the forums there are cake diagrams(templates) listed by Doug (http://cakecentral.com/user/-doug/). I downloaded all the diagrams relevant to my business and put them on my SD card. From there the program SBM allows me to import a picture from my gallery. I can draw, use 'stamps' fill in colors. It has revolutionized my on the spot consultations.
