Can a bow be made with from chocolate clay the same as it would be from fondant? I wnat to make a bow for the top of my cake but I want to make it red and green. A loopy bow. Any suggestions on how to do this? Is it even possible? I am fairly new at this and want to make an impression.

It's absolutely possible...Just do the bow the came way that you'd do a fondant bow, but remember that the chocolate clay will tend to crack if you try to bend it after you've let it set up for a while, just like fondant would. You can warm it up again but it's best to just get it into the shape that you want it in the first time and not assume that you can maniputlate it later. And if the room is too hot it can soften up, but this time of year that shouldn't be too much of a concern if you're in the northern hemisphere!
