I have looked and looked for the tutorial i saw once on making pine cones from either BC or RI. i can't find it anywhere and would really like to make some for a cake I'm doing in acouple of weeks. The chocolate ones are great but not what the customer is wanting, so PLEASE if anybody can help it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I don't know of a tutorial, but to make them out of b'cream you basically make a rose - just keep going until the cone is a big/long as you want. If you pipe it on a straw or candy cane stick you can stick that into the cake. For smaller one use a stick pretzel.
If you want to make *tiny* ones, use tip 16 and make a rosette. These are done right on the cake.
