So im going to make a baby shower cake. Planning on baking a sheet cake for crib mattress, then dowels covered in fondant for the rails, and rice krispy treats covered in fondant for the top pieces that connect to the rails (they go horizontally across the dowels- i hope that makes sense) Im just not sure how to make a mobile and attach it to the rice krispy treat part. It needs to be strong enough to hang over the crib and so I can attach some small gumpaste pieces to it as well. If anyone has ideas please let me know- thanks!
