I am making a snowmobile cake, and the seat is going to be supported by a board with poles so that that it looks like it is sitting on tracks (probably cereal treats covered in fondant) what's the best way to do these poles? Dowels, pvc? and how do we attach the end to the board? I have no idea how to even begin - my first carved cake!!!
