Just wondering how to properly remove/prevent air bubbles in fondant. I have been using a toothpick to remove the bubbles, but then I need to roll out the fondant more to hide my mark. Is there any way to prevent the air bubbles from happening?? Thanks

To my knowledge, there's no way to prevent but try using a straight pin or needle. You won't even see where you stuck it in thumbs_up.gif

If you can get a few acupuncture needles - they are fantastic to use for removing air bubbles in fondant - makes your traditional needle or pin look like a crow-bar!

I was going to suggest using a small clean pin. Good luck!
