Can a flavored coffee creamer such a French Vanilla or Hazelnut etc. be used in Sharon Zambitos icing? or does it have to be the regular kind?

I have only used the regular but i recall a discussion that any type flavored coffee creamer is fine. I actually have the dvd- but haven't watched it in a long while- I think Sharon refers to it and says you can use anyflavor- just make sure it doesn't clash with your bouquet flavoring or other added flavors-

PS if you don't have her dvd's- they are a GREAT investment - as well as "The Mat" from Sweetwise- definietly money well spent!

I use it all the time to flavor my buttercream. You can get so many diffrent seasonal flavors. I substitute the creamer for the water/milk. But depending on taste you may back off on the creamer and do 50/50
