I need to come up with four cupcake flavors for an order next Wednesday. I was planning on Pumpkin Ginger, Apple Pie, Red Velvet and one more. I was thinking there should be a chocolate in there and was considering German Chocolate but not sure because of nut allergies. I asked the lady and she said to surprise her. The only flavor that I had to make was Red Velvet. Any ideas greatly appreciated.

chocolate peppermint
mocha (chocolate/coffee)
chocolate/peanut butter

If she didn't specify allergy problems, I generally assume it won't be a problem. It is the client's job to tell you if there is an allergy to be concerned about.
