How do you make these flowers on these cupcakes? Also, what are these flowers called... daisies?
If anyone could please post a link to a website or a video on how to make these flowers that would be great!

Looks like the Wilton daisies done in buttercream. You can find instructions on Wilton.com.

Here's a video on how to make buttercream daisies with a rose tip:
The ones in your picture are done way better, but the principle is the same. It would be much easier to do them directly on the cupcakes (or on the cake). The ones in your picture have star tip centers.
