Hi can someone give me some advice? I made a 3d bear for my husbands birthday, I have the wilton pan but didnt think it would work for what I wanted to do, so I went ahead and carved my own and made the head of rice crispy treats, anyway a customer saw the cake on fb and would like me to make one like it (but a panda bear)

I still havent used my wilton pan and dont know what to charge for it, I usually charge $2.50 per serving for reagular cakes, $3.00 for fondant covered and $4.00 for 3d cakes, the wilton pan I hear is 12 to 15 servings I would say the carved one I made was around 15 servings (and obviously much more work) thanks for your input
