I have been asked to sell my cakes and such at a Holiday Bazaar at my church and I have never done anything like this before so I'm not sure what to bring, how much to bring, etc....

I was thinking of some of my favorite cupcakes, pumpkin rolls, whoopie pies and some cakes. They told me that they usually get 200-300 people coming through and I will be the only food vendor there.

I'm looking for suggestions on how to handle this since it is a new experience for me. The lady running it told me she has been telling a lot of people about me and they are excited to try my cakes and other treats that I'm bringing.

Should I bring all Christmas theme designs/flavors or stick to basics? What is popular for you during this time of year?

Thank you for any help/suggestions I really appreciate it!

I would go with the Christmas theme definitely. Make it easy on yourself and stick with individual and bite-size items: cupcakes, cake pops, whoopie pies, cookies. Only 1 or 2 cakes unless you do mini cakes. But be sure to put your business card on everything.
