Hi everyone! Totally new to this. I guess you guys are my new baking buds.
So, I'm a making a birdcage cake for a friend. I need to cover it with fondant. What brand do you guys suggest? Ive only duff and I hate it! It's soo stretchy and sticky. I need one that is easy to work with and more on the firm side. How is the wilton brand? I know everyone says its nasty tasting, but this cake is totally for decoration purpose. Please help! Thanks guys

I use wiltons fondant and I like to make modeling chocolate and add a small amount to it, althought its not necessary to work nicely........they changes the taste and I must say its not bad at all. You can look at my cakes...I use that and mod choc
