Butter Substitute???

My recipe calls for 3 tbsp of oil and I'm out... can i use the same amount of butter Help Please! I need to make this tonight.. icon_surprised.gif

I don't know what product you're making, but go ahead and melt your butter, then add 1 or 2 teaspoons of water until the consistency looks right..

Yes, butter can be used... melt the butter then use it like oil... taste wise it is better..
