Hi Everyone,

How do you put fresh flowers on top of a cake that's covered with IMBC without it mooshing everywhere?

I generally work with fondant on cutting cakes (I do cupcake towers), and would like to offer buttercream in my portfolio as another option.

Your advice and experience would be greatly appreciated..... icon_smile.gif

Thanks.

I've found that icing the cake first then chilling it before inserting flowers into your IMBC works best. keep in mind that if you are using fresh flowers they should be organic and pesticide free since they will be inserted into the cake.
