I'm making this cake for my boss. I'm thinking of making the helicopter out of RKT covered with chocolate melts and then fondant. What do I do for the railings - support of the helicopter so it doesn't colapse on itself? Any other suggestions you see when looking at the cake that will make my job easier is also very much appreciated!
