I need some help pricing a fondant covered doll cake...a Tinkerbell one with detail work on the dress and around the cake. I've got the Wilton's serving guide and a range of $3-4/serving but just not sure how to apply this rule to this style cake. Any help appreciated. Thanks, Irene

What are the ingredient costs for this cake, how many servings is it, and how many hours do you anticipate spending on it?

Because there isn't any craving I would price the cake the same as I would price any other fondant cake you do.

If your question is about how many servings this cake will provide (at least that's what I get form the fact that you already appear to have a price per portion), Wilton says 12 servings, but some people find the serving size over generous at 12 servings:
