Hi can anyone tell me if I can freeze fondant successfully please? It is shop bought professional fondant but I've made up way too much of a certain colour and no matter how well I wrap/store it often goes too dry before I need to use so thought about freezing but have never done this before - - any advice greatly appreciated. thank you all icon_biggrin.gif

Yes you can freeze fondant. I do it all the time. Just be sure to wrap, wrap, and wrap it some more and then put it in a zip lock bag.
