I'm new to this forum, but I'm hoping I can get answers to my questions and quickly. I'm a mom of 2 boys who likes to make cakes for fun only. My oldest son's birthday is coming up next week and he wants a wall-e cake. I've seen some impressive pics online and, being the overachiever that I am, want to try to make it. yikes! should i add tylose or gum trag to fondant to stiffen it enough to make his hands and eyes? How much sooner can I make it before the party so that it still looks good? Thanks all!
