Hello Everyone,
I am going to be doing a demo on Royal Icing Collars in the near future. I have done them a few times and am very comfortable doing them. In writing up notes for my demo, I am concerned that I may forget some steps that I take for granted that those that haven't done collars before might not know.
So, I'm asking for your help in listing what, specifically, you would expect/want to learn from this type of demo.
Thank you all in advance!
~Chelle
This kind? I'm of no help. Just amazed by that type of work. TexasSugar, these are it, maybe.

TexasSugar,
I do, but I'm at work and the pics are at home. If you go to my website (in my sig), it's under Competitions / White Rose 2009 (first picture).
I've also done a Nirvana cake for a competition (National Capital 2010).
I will be bringing both cakes with me to show at the demo.
