Not sure where you're located. I just purchased a package of 200 at AC Moore and it was 5.99 and was able to use a 40% off coupon.

AC Moore or Michaels. Sometimes the coupon will be 50% off as well. Michaels will take AC Moore coupons too. You can pull them from their website once you put in your zip code.
