I would like to know about pricing. i dont want to undercharge. I was thinking $2 per serving for buttercream with basic designs and $3 per serving for fondant basic design. Im not sure on pricing for more elaborate cakes. what do you all charge for gumpast figures, flowers...etc.? what do you charge for carved cakes? Please help

A good rule of thumb is to charge your cost (including ingredients, your labor, and overhead) plus a 20-30% profit margin.
