Hi Janie2316! I have a few ideas for you. I think a caramel filling would be awesome. I buy the caramel in the can, which is the same size as the Eagle Brand milk.
You can alway use butter cream. I added marshmallow whip to some buttercream and it was yummy.
Chocolate ganache is great with everything.
Or use the instant pudding/whipping cream mousse, I think it is under Merida's mousse in the recipe section. I hope that helps! Cindim

I recently tried a marscapone buttercreme which was wonderful!
6 tablespoons unsalted butter, room temperature
8 ounces Mascarpone cheese, room temperature
2 cups confectioners sugar, sifted
Using a hand mixer, beat buffer and cheese until light and creamy. Add sugar and continue beating until smooth.

It is a bit thinner than a regular buttercreme, but so delish!

Walmart sells a pumpkin spice instant pudding. You could make a mousse using either two cups Bettercreme or two cups whipping cream and whip until peaks form. Otherwise a cinnamon butter cream would be really good.
