Does anyone have a recipe for sugar free or reduced sugar, german chocolate cake? I have an order for next week, and would like to make one ahead of time, so I can taste it and tweak it before I present it. TIA!

Don't have your answer but I know a great filling.  Dark Chocolate sugar free pudding powder blended with heavy cream.   You might even find a recipe using another package of sugar free pudding powder in place of sugar in the recipe.  And here's another idea.  I was at our local grocery store yesterday and saw sugar free cake mixes.  Didn't notice if any were chocolate but there's another avenue to explore.  If all you could find as a yellow mix,simply adding more liquid and a cup of unsweetened coco powder might work?
