I have an order for a full female torso cake with very detailed lingerie design and I need help with pricing. The cake only needs to feed about 15 people but in order to get the effect the client wants, it needs to be about 9X13 in size. I've looked at the Wilton chart and I know that they base all their servings on two layer cakes and their number for a cake this size is 48. For those of you who've made cakes like this before (and this one is like most of them out there), did you do a two layer cake with filling or just a sheet cake? If so, how many servings did you base it on? Any help would be appreciated!
