Hey Ladies,

I am from Long Island, NY and I was wondering if anyone here has any suggestions as to where to shop for ingredients especially flour, butter, sugar, chocolate baking bars and cocoa powder. I found a few place around me but they all required a high minimum to spend ($800-1k). Is that the normal amount? I dont mind buying online but thats probably going to cost more with shipping

I recommend Restaurant Depot, they have a Garden City location. There is no minimum but they do require a business license.
