A friend who used to live here is visiting from Scotland and I want to make her a cake or cupcake cake for a gathering on Friday. I am in the middle of another cake, working full-time + overtime, two small kids and VERY short on time. So, I need something quick and simple! I don't know what to do! She is 42, works in communications, part-time writer (children's literature -and likes Harry Potter type stuff)...

But I'd really like to do something related to her visiting and having lived here in Calgary (and that I miss her!) ...Suggestions, please!
