HI, I have a cake to bake for 10/15 and wanted to know if I could bake the cake on 10/15 and freeze until 10/14 when I will decorate it.

Yes, you can bake ahead of time and freeze it. I always do and they are always extremely moist. Just make sure you let it come to room temp for decorating. Good luck.

Yup. Wrap well and freeze overnight. Allow to thaw completely the next day before decorating (keep it in the wrappings).
